Совет директоров Банка России сегодня на заседании принял решение ключевую ставку на 25 б.п., до 6,75% годовых. Об этом сообщила1 пресс-служба регулятора.
Банк России отмечает, что во II квартале 2021 года российская экономика достигла допандемического уровня и, по оценкам Банка России, возвращается на траекторию сбалансированного роста. Вклад в инфляцию со стороны устойчивых факторов остается существенным в связи с более быстрым расширением спроса по сравнению с возможностями наращивания выпуска. В этих условиях и с учетом высоких инфляционных ожиданий баланс рисков для инфляции смещен в сторону проинфляционных. Это может привести к более продолжительному отклонению инфляции вверх от цели. Проводимая Банком России денежно-кредитная политика направлена на ограничение этого риска и возвращение инфляции к 4%.
Напомним, прежний размер ключевой ставки 6,5% применялся с 26 июля текущего года. В прошлый раз регулятор повысил ставку сразу на целый процентный пункт. Повышение ключевой ставки регулятор проводит с 22 марта текущего года, до этого, начиная с июня 2019 года, этот показатель стабильно снижался. Следующее заседание по данному вопросу Совет директоров проведет 22 октября 2021 года.
Ключевая ставка имеет значение для гражданско-правовых, а также трудовых отношений. Так, она используется при расчете процентов за пользование чужими денежными средствами по ст. 395 ГК РФ, законных процентов по ст. 317.1 ГК РФ, налоговой пени, компенсации за задержку заработной платы, оплаты отпуска, выплат при увольнении и иных выплат, причитающихся работнику и т.д.
