Имеется в виду ежемесячное пособие для родителей, воспитывающих детей в возрасте от 8 до 17 лет в одиночку, которое выплачивается с 1 июля 2021 года. Право на такую поддержку имеют семьи, размер среднедушевого дохода которых не превышает величину регионального прожиточного минимума. Размер нового пособия на детей составляет 50% от детского прожиточного минимума в регионе (постановление Правительства РФ от 28 июня 2021 г. № 1037).
ПФР подготовил ответы1 на самые часто задаваемые вопросы по новому пособию.
1. Нужно ли представлять в ПФР документы для назначения пособия? Как правило, не нужно, значительная часть сведений проверяется автоматически. Поэтому для получения пособия необходимо подать только электронное заявление через Единый портал Госуслуг либо обратиться в ПФР.
Дополнительные документы понадобятся только в отдельных случаях: если в семье есть военные, спасатели, полицейские, служащие или пенсионеры силового ведомства, если один из членов семьи получает стипендии или гранты, если жилье семьи признано непригодным для проживания и т. д.

2. Что делать, если допущена ошибка в заявлении на выплату? В таком случае ПФР, не вынося отказа, вернет заявление на доработку. Внести изменения необходимо в течение 5 рабочих дней.
3. Учитываются ли алименты на детей при расчете дохода семьи? Да, учитываются.
4. Когда ожидать выплату? Максимальный срок – 30 рабочих дней. Но обычно заявление рассматривается не более 10 рабочих дней, а деньги поступают заявителю не позднее 5 рабочих дней после вынесения решения о назначении пособия.
5. Можно ли получить пособие, если у заявителя нет платежной карты «Мир»? Да, пособие может быть выплачено на любой «бескарточный» счет (то есть банковский счет, не предусматривающий осуществление по нему операций с использованием платежных карт). Если же заявителю принципиально получать пособие именно на банковскую карту, то необходимо оформить карту «Мир».
ПФР ответил и на другие вопросы по пособию:
может ли рассчитывать на пособие родитель, который получает алименты на ребенка, но официально не разведен? получит ли пособие родитель, если он осуществляет уход за пожилым человеком старше 80 лет? как проверить, правильно ли заполнено заявление на ежемесячную выплату? почему пришел отказ в выплате? как после подачи заявления на выплату изменить реквизиты банковской карты?
