Налоговая служба на своем официальном сайте разместила информацию об открытии инспекций для личного посещения граждан с 15 июня 2020 года. При этом, учитывая сложившуюся эпидемиологическую обстановку, обратиться в налоговую можно будет только по предварительной записи. Для этого создан специальный сервис «Онлайн-запись на прием в инспекцию». Также записаться можно через и через Единый Контакт-центр ФНС России по номеру телефона 8 (800) 222-22-22.
ФНС России напоминает, что при посещении налогового органа обязательно ношение средств индивидуальной защиты в соответствии с правилами, принятыми в субъекте РФ.
Оформить запись можно на ближайшие две недели, но записаться на текущий день не получится. Также можно будет выбрать и время посещения инспекции. Талон с адресом и инструкциями по получению услуги будет направлен на электронную почту заявителя. По одному талону можно подать или получить только один комплект документов. Т. е. если налогоплательщик хочет решить несколько вопросов, то придется брать несколько талонов. Регламентировано и количество обращений по тому или иному вопросу. Так, каждая услуга может быть предоставлена не более трех раз за 14 дней.
Отправляясь в инспекцию постарайтесь не опаздывать, если прийти на 10 минут позже указанного в талончике времени, инспекторы могут отказать в оказании услуги. Придя в налоговую, нужно зарегистрировать талон в терминале и ожидать вызова на табло.

Вместе с тем, налоговая служба напоминает, что большинство вопросов можно решить онлайн – на сайте действуют более 50 сервисов. Так, в личных кабинетах юрлиц, физлиц и ИП можно уплатить налоги, уточнить информацию по своему имуществу, отправить декларацию 3-НДФЛ и документы для получения налогового вычета за лечение, обучение или покупку недвижимости, провести сверку с бюджетом, уточнить невыясненные платежи и прочее. Кроме того, уплатить налоги (сборы, взносы) могут и те, у кого нет личного кабинета.
