Минпросвещения России и Рособрнадзор утвердили новый порядок проведения ГИА по образовательным программам среднего общего образования, в том числе ЕГЭ, а также по образовательным программам основного общего образования (ГИА-9).
В следующем году выпускники, получившие неудовлетворительный результат на ЕГЭ по математике, смогут изменить выбранный ими ранее уровень ЕГЭ по этому предмету для повторного участия в нем в резервные сроки. Также они будут вправе сдать по выбору ЕГЭ по китайскому языку, а не только по английскому, немецкому, французскому и испанскому языкам (п. 5 действующего Порядка проведения ГИА по образовательным программам среднего общего образования).
Кроме того, уточняется, что если при проведении ЕГЭ по информатике и ИКТ письменная экзаменационная работа будет сдаваться на компьютере, то для аудиторий, выделяемых для проведения такого экзамена, станет обязательным оснащение компьютерной техникой (приказ Минпросвещения России и Рособрнадзора от 7 ноября 2018 г. № 190/1512). Примечательно, что выпускники прошлых лет, обучающиеся по образовательным программам среднего профессионального образования, не имеющие среднего общего образования, а также обучающиеся, получающие среднее общее образование в иностранных образовательных организациях, лишены права сдавать ЕГЭ по математике базового уровня.
Документом также устанавливается закрытый перечень предметов, которые могут находиться на рабочем столе во время итогового сочинения, и запрещается иметь при cебе средства связи, фото-, аудио- и видеоаппаратуру, справочные материалы, письменные заметки, а также другие средства хранения и передачи информации. Причем его участников, нарушивших эти требования, будут удалять с итогового сочинения члены комиссии по его проведению.
Что касается порядка проведения ГИА-9, то его ключевым новшеством станет появление итогового собеседования по русскому языку. Оно будет проводиться во вторую среду февраля и оцениваться по системе «зачет»/»незачет». Участники, получившие «незачет», либо пропустившие его по уважительной причине, смогут пересдать его во вторую рабочую среду марта и первый рабочий понедельник мая (приказ Минпросвещения России и Рособрнадзора от 7 ноября 2018 г. № 189/1513).
