Минцифры России сообщило1 на своем официальном сайте о запуске приложения, благодаря которому граждане могут заключать договоры дистанционно. Новое приложение из семейства Госуслуг называется «Госключ», его уже можно скачать в магазинах приложений.
Воспользоваться «Госключом» могут граждане с подтвержденной учетной записью на Едином портале госуслуг. По данным министерства, сегодня насчитывается почти 80 млн таких пользователей.
Новое приложение создает электронную подпись пользователя, которая хранится в защищенной и безопасной инфраструктуре электронного правительства. После этого можно приступать к оформлению договора. Функционал приложения доступен без взимания платы.
В настоящее время дистанционно можно подписать только один вид договора – на оказание услуг сотовой связи. Пока лишь с одним оператором, но в ближайшее время к «Госключу» подключатся все крупные операторы сотовой связи.
Минцифры России пообещало, что перечень сделок и юридических документов, которые можно подписывать с помощью нового сервиса, будет расширен. В том числе планируется использование «Госключа» для онлайн-подписания договоров купли-продажи автомобиля и аренды недвижимости.
