Об этом рассказал1 руководитель Росреестра Олег Скуфинский на сегодняшней встрече с Председателем Правительства РФ Михаилом Мишустиным. В настоящее время пилотный проект по электронной регистрации квартиры за 24 часа проводится в Московской области. Олег Скуфинский рассказал, что с мая Росреестр зарегистрировал права на более 10 тыс. квартир. Планируется, что до конца года этот эксперимент будет распространен на все регионы страны.
Напомним, что сегодня можно зарегистрировать недвижимость в МФЦ за 9 рабочих дней и непосредственно в Росреестре за 7 рабочих дней (п. 1, п. 2 ч. 1 ст. 16 Федерального закона от 13 июля 2015 г. № 218-ФЗ «О государственной регистрации недвижимости»).
Руководитель Росреестра добавил, что не все люди готовы к электронной регистрации, поэтому важно сохранить возможность личной подачи документов. Для таких граждан есть экстерриториальная возможность регистрации прав граждан в любом регионе страны в любом МФЦ.

Еще один эксперимент, который намерено проводить ведомство, – создание Единого информационного ресурса по земле и недвижимости, в рамках которого будет разработан сервис «Земля просто». «Люди смогут спокойно выбирать, формировать, регистрировать права на землю. Это основная работа, которая сегодня проводится», – рассказал Олег Скуфинский.
Кроме того, Росреестр активно занимается поиском земельных участков, которые можно вовлечь в оборот, прежде всего для целей жилищного строительства. В прошлом году ведомство нашло более 100 тыс. га. Это приблизительно 5,7 тыс. участков, на которых можно построить почти 300 млн кв. м жилья. «И самое главное, что мы сделали, кроме того, что представили результат этой работы главам регионов, Минстрою, – создали сервис «Земля для стройки». Разместили его на Публичной кадастровой карте. До конца года этот сервис будет доступен во всех регионах страны. Уже на сегодня на этот сервис поступают заявки – порядка 300 заявок от людей, от бизнеса. И эта земля вовлекается в оборот», – прокомментировал Олег Скуфинский.
