Правительство РФ внесло в Госдуму законопроект1 об увеличении с 1 января 2022 года МРОТ до размера 13 617 руб. в месяц.
Напомним, что начиная с текущего года величина МРОТ рассчитывается по-новому: теперь МРОТ привязан к средней зарплате по стране, которую определяет Росстат (Федеральный закон от 29 декабря 2020 г. № 473-ФЗ «О внесении изменений в отдельные законодательные акты Российской Федерации»). С 1 января 2021 года МРОТ не может быть меньше 42% от значения медианной зарплаты и в любом случае – не ниже прожиточного минимума трудоспособного населения. Кроме того, МРОТ на текущий год не должен быть меньше предыдущего МРОТ.
Правительство РФ отмечает, что федеральный прожиточный минимум трудоспособного населения, по прогнозу Минэкономразвития России, составит в очередном году 13 026 руб. Текущий МРОТ равен 12 072 руб. в месяц. Что касается средней зарплаты по стране, то в 2020 году она составила 32 422 руб. Исходя из этих цифр и был рассчитан МРОТ на 2022 год (13 617 руб.). Повышение МРОТ по отношению к текущему составит 825 руб. (рост на 6,4%). Кабмин подчеркивает, что принятие законопроекта будет способствовать обеспечению повышения заработной платы около 2,7 млн работников.

Добавим, что не так давно в Госдуму уже поступал законопроект о повышении МРОТ. Группа депутатов совместно с сенатором РФ Сергеем Леоновым предлагали увеличить МРОТ до 20 тыс. руб. в месяц. Инициатива находится на рассмотрении, она получила отрицательный отзыв Правительства РФ.
