Правительство РФ ввело запрет на розничную продажу спиртосодержащей непищевой продукции с содержанием этилового спирта более 28% объема готовой продукции ниже цены, по которой осуществляется такая продажа водки, ликеро-водочной и другой алкогольной продукции крепостью свыше 28% за 0,5 литра готовой продукции. Речь идет о цене, утверждаемой Минфином России в зависимости от процентного содержания спирта в готовой продукции.
Запрет будет также действовать и на розничную торговлю указанной продукцией организациями общественного питания, но не будет распространяться на стеклоомывающие жидкости, нежидкую непищевую спиртосодержащую продукцию, а также закупоренную способом, исключающим ее распитие (постановление Правительства РФ от 10 декабря 2018 г. № 1505 «Об ограничении условий и мест розничной продажи спиртосодержащей непищевой продукции»1).
Документ вступит в силу 18 декабря.

Напомним, что в ноябре текущего года в Госдуму был внесен законопроект о запрете на продажу алкоголя в жилых домах с 23.00 до 11.00, причем на этикетках спиртной продукции могут появиться картинки о последствиях ее употребления.
