Проект1 соответствующего постановления Правительства РФ разработало Минобрнауки России. Министерство предлагает обеспечить женщинам в возрасте до 23 лет, имеющим одного и более ребенка, возможность получить высшее образование по ускоренным экспериментальным программам с правом перевода на обучение с программ среднего-профессионального образования по родственным направлениям подготовки. Эта возможность появится у них после освоения первого или второго курса среднего профессионального образования. Перевод будет осуществляться в пределах квоты, установленной Минобрнауки России.
Предполагается, что обучение по программам высшего образования будет осуществляться ускоренно – за три года при переводе после окончания первого курса обучения в среднем профессиональном учебном заведении и за два года после освоения программы второго курса.
В случае, если женщина не освоит программу высшего образования, она сможет вернуться к обучению по программе среднего профессионального образования, по которой она обучалась до перевода в вуз.
