Банк России внес изменения в порядок определения доходов, расходов и прочего совокупного дохода кредитных организаций (указание Банка России от 29 июня 2020 г. № 5487-У). Большинство поправок вступят в силу 17 августа 2020 года. Изменения в ОФР вводятся в действие с 1 января 2021 года.
Так, в частности коррективы вносятся в порядок начисления процентных доходов в случае предоставления заемщику льготного периода по кредитному договору. Они начисляются исходя из суммы процентов, которые должны были быть уплачены заемщиком в течение льготного периода по действовавшим до предоставления льготного периода условиям кредитного договора, но не были уплачены заемщиком в связи с предоставлением ему льготного периода, с учетом досрочного погашения заемщиком своих обязательств (их части) в течение льготного периода.

Также скорректирован порядок отражения расходов от уменьшения справедливой стоимости приобретенных долговых ценных бумаг, обязательства по которым выражены в иностранной валюте. Они должны теперь отражаться в ОФР в части, относящейся к изменению официального курса валют, по символу 46301 раздела 6 «Расходы по операциям с иностранной валютой и драгоценными металлами и их переоценке», а в части, относящейся к уменьшению стоимости ценных бумаг в номинальном выражении, — по символам раздела 2 «Расходы по операциям с приобретенными долговыми ценными бумагами» части 4 «Операционные расходы».
