Речь идет о Федеральном законе от 17 сентября 1998 г. № 157-ФЗ «Об иммунопрофилактике инфекционных болезней» (далее – Закон № 157-ФЗ), который предусматривает два важных положения:
обязательность вакцинации в рамках Национального календаря профилактических прививок (ст. 9 Закона № 157-ФЗ);возможность введения обязательной вакцинации по эпидемическим показаниям по решению главного государственного санитарного врача РФ, главных государственных санитарных врачей субъектов РФ в случае угрозы возникновения инфекционных болезней (ст. 10 Закона № 157-ФЗ).
«Я не поддерживаю обязательную вакцинацию и продолжаю придерживаться этой точки зрения», – подчеркнул глава государства, добавив при этом, что введение в некоторых регионах России обязательной вакцинации для отдельных категорий работников из «групп риска» вполне рационально, поскольку такая мера нацелена на предотвращение необходимости введения очередного локдауна.

Также Президент РФ сообщил, что вопрос о переносе прививки против новой коронавирусной инфекции в Национальный календарь профилактических прививок уже рассматривался на федеральном уровне, но депутаты Госдумы не поддержали эту идею. Поэтому в настоящее время вакцинация против COVID-19 не является обязательной в общенациональном плане.
Напомним, из-за роста числа заболевших новой коронавирусной инфекцией в рамках антиковидных ограничений некоторые регионы начали вводить обязательную вакцинацию против COVID-19 отдельных категорий работников. Например, в Москве предусмотрена обязательная вакцинация граждан, работающих в сферах торговли, образования, здравоохранения, бытовых услуг, общественного транспорта, индустрии красоты и т. п.
