Банк России сообщает, что совместно с финансовыми организациями осуществляет меры по обновлению оценки влияния возросшей в последние дни волатильности валютного и фондового рынков на их финансовое положение, а также напомнил банкам о наличии возможности не применять значение надбавок поддержания достаточности капитала или за системную значимость, поскольку в соответствии с механизмом действия данных инструментов это лишь ограничивает распределение прибыли кредитных организаций.
