Министерство подготовило методические рекомендации по оценке готовности образовательных организаций к началу учебного года (письмо Минпросвещения России от 30 апреля 2021 года № АН-720/09 «О подготовке к началу учебного года»). Подготовка образовательных организаций и оценка готовности таких организаций к началу учебного года должны быть завершены не позднее 20 августа.
По решению руководителей органов исполнительной власти субъектов РФ и местного самоуправления в сфере образования, должны быть созданы соответствующие комиссии по оценке готовности образовательных организаций к началу учебного года. В задачи комиссии будут входить, в частности:
оценка, контроль и мониторинг готовности образовательных организаций к началу учебного года; помощь руководителя организаций в устранении выявленных в процессе оценке недостатков; информирование министерства о состоянии подготовки образовательных организаций.
При этом, как указывает Минпросвещения России, при оценке готовности образовательных организаций комиссия будет учитывать следующую группу показателей, в частности:
устранение нарушений, выявленных в ходе ее проведения к началу предыдущего учебного года; антитеррористическая и противокриминальная защищенность, в том числе наличие паспорта безопасности объекта; обеспечение условий доступности зданий и сооружений для инвалидов и других маломобильных групп населения; организация безопасной эксплуатации энергоустановок, энергоприемников, их техническое состояние; соблюдение требований к работникам и их подготовке; соблюдения требований охраны труда электротеплотехнического и электротехнологического персонала; наличие средств индивидуальной защиты, пожаротушения; и др.
По итогу оценки готовности образовательных организаций, комиссии направят собранные сведения в Минпросвещения России с использованием автоматизированной информационной системы мониторинга готовности общеобразовательных организаций к началу учебного года по прилагаемым системой формам.
