Теперь родители имеют право не только ограничить выезд ребенка до достижения им совершеннолетия, но и указать в заявлении конкретные даты начала и окончания периода ограничения выезда. Кроме того, регламентируется возможность ограничивать выезд ребенка во все страны либо определять перечень государств, выезд в которые несовершеннолетнему ограничен. Об этом говорится в приказе от 31 августа 2021 г. № 6511 (далее – Приказ), который подписал Министр внутренних дел Российской Федерации Владимир Колокольцев.
Документ предусматривает и право на отзыв заявления о несогласии на выезд. Для этого заявителю необходимо обратиться в подразделение по вопросам миграции территориального органа МВД России, орган пограничного контроля, дипломатическое представительство либо консульское учреждение РФ, в которое оно было подано ранее.
Изменения также коснулись норм в части приема заявлений и заявлений об отзыве. Теперь в случае отсутствия у гражданина возможности в силу физического недостатка самостоятельно подписать заявление, должностное лицо сможет проставить прочерк в предназначенной для подписи заявителя графе, указав при этом соответствующую причину.
Приказ вступил в силу 6 октября 2021 года.

Today, I went to the beach front with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said «You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.» She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.
