Президент РФ Владимир Путин подписал Федеральный закон от 3 июля 2019 г. № 157-ФЗ «О мерах государственной поддержки семей, имеющих детей, в части погашения обязательств по ипотечным жилищным кредитам (займам) и о внесении изменений в статью 13-2 Федерального закона «Об актах гражданского состояния». Документ устанавливает дополнительную меру господдержки многодетным семьям в части полного или частичного погашения ипотечного кредита (займа).
Так, законом предусмотрено оказание помощи семьям, взявшим ипотечный жилищный кредит, в виде выплаты из федерального бюджета суммы в размере 450 тыс. руб. в случае рождения в таких семьях в период с 1 января 2019 года по 31 декабря 2022 года третьего ребенка или последующих детей. Такой мерой соцподдержки граждане смогут воспользоваться только один раз в отношении одного кредитного договора, заключенного до 1 июля 2023 года.
