Вчера Президент РФ Владимир Путин и глава Минцифры России Максут Шадаев провели видеоконференцию по вопросу развития дополнительных сервисов на портале госуслуг, которые планируется внедрить для сферы образования. Так, в следующем году планируется доработать действующий с 20 июня на портале госуслуг суперсервис «Поступление в вуз онлайн» и включить в него статистику по поступлению в вузы, исходя из опыта по проходным баллам прошлых лет. Сервис позволяет подать документы в вузы в электронном виде. С указанной даты через личный кабинет портала абитуриент может заполнить электронное заявление и прикрепить к нему электронные образы документов для поступления, при этом наличие у претендента на поступление аттестата, вуз проверит через федеральный реестр документов об образовании. Оригинал аттестата все равно потребуется предоставить в вуз, на это будет дан учебный год. Абитуриент вправе использовать одно электронное заявление для подачи в 5 вузов.
Планируется в том числе расширение возможностей дистанционной экзаменации. Поскольку не все вузы имеют достаточную техническую оснащенность для внедрения собственных механизмов проведения в электронном виде дополнительных испытаний при поступлении и дистанционной сдачи промежуточных и итоговых экзаменов, предложено образовать единые дистанционные сервисы для решения таких задач. В частности, предложено создать:
единую платформу для проведения вузами в электронном виде дополнительных испытаний при поступлении; программное обеспечение для получения студентами всей необходимой информации по учебе от конкретного вуза.
Также глава Минцифры России отметил, что многие вузы перешли на электронные зачетные книжки, однако ввиду неполноценной технической оснащенности их используют не все. «Сервис электронной зачетной книжки уже реализован в таких вузах, как: ФГАОУ ВО «Национальный исследовательский университет «Высшая школа экономики», ФГОБУ ВО «Финансовый университет при правительстве Российской Федерации», ФГБОУ ВО «Российский государственный социальный университет» и других», – сообщила ранее пресс-служба Минобрануки России на его официальном сайте.
