Конкурсантам-специалистам по связям с общественностью и информационному сопровождению публичных мероприятий необходимо иметь журналистское, филологическое, документационное, политологическое или социологическое образование.
Познакомиться подробнее с требованиями к каждой должности можно на сайте Минфина России (www.minfin.ru) в разделе «О Министерстве,» в подразделе «Поступление на государственную гражданскую службу и прохождение государственной гражданской службы».
Так, например, для конкурсантов главной группы отдела по контролю необходимо иметь стаж госслужбы не менее четырех лет либо работы по специальности не менее пяти лет. А к участникам конкурса на попадание в кадровый резерв старшего специалиста отдела исполнения судебных актов и анализа судебной практики требование по стажу работы отсутствует.
Для участия в конкурсе необходимо будет представить следующие документы:
личное заявление на имя статс-секретаря – замминистра финансов Ю.И. Зубарева об участии в конкурсе на включение в кадровый резерв Минфина России; собственноручно заполненную и подписанную анкету по форме, утвержденной распоряжением Правительства РФ от 26 мая 2005 г. № 667-р, с приложением фотографии размером 4х6 см; копию паспорта или заменяющего его документа (соответствующий документ предъявляется лично по прибытии на конкурс); документы, подтверждающие необходимое профессиональное образование, квалификацию и стаж работы: копию трудовой книжки, заверенную нотариально или кадровой службой по месту работы (службы), или другие документы, подтверждающие трудовую (служебную) деятельность; копии документов об образовании и о квалификации, а также по желанию – копии документов, подтверждающих повышение или присвоение квалификации, документов о присвоении ученой степени, ученого звания, заверенные нотариально или кадровой службой по месту работы (службы); заключение медучреждения о наличии (отсутствии) заболевания, препятствующего поступлению на госслужбу или ее прохождению по форме № 001 ГС/у; копии документов воинского учета – для военнообязанных и лиц, подлежащих призыву на военную службу; согласие на обработку персональных данных.
Добавим, что для действующих госслужащих будет достаточно личного заявления на имя замминистра финансов, анкеты, заверенной кадровой службой, а также согласия на обработку персональных данных.

Ильинка, д. 9 (подъезд № 5) в рабочие дни с 10.00 до 11.30 и с 12.30 до 16.00 с обязательной пометкой «Отдел кадров центрального аппарата и государственной службы. Конкурс № 1 – 2017».
