ФНС России обновила некоторые формы документов, используемых налоговыми органами и налогоплательщиками при осуществлении зачета и возврата сумм излишне уплаченных (взысканных) налогов, сборов, страховых взносов, пеней, штрафов (приказ НС России от 14 февраля 2017 г. № ММВ-7-8/182@). Они начнут применяться по истечении месяца со дня их официального опубликования – с 24 октября 2021 года.
Так, обновлены формы следующих документов:
решения о зачете суммы излишне уплаченного (взысканного, подлежащего возмещению) налога (сбора, страховых взносов, пеней, штрафа); решения о возврате суммы излишне уплаченного (взысканного, подлежащего возмещению) налога (сбора, страховых взносов, пеней, штрафа); заявления о возврате суммы излишне уплаченного (взысканного, подлежащего возмещению) налога (сбора, страховых взносов, пеней, штрафа); заявления о зачете суммы излишне уплаченного (подлежащего возмещению) налога (сбора, страховых взносов, пеней, штрафа).

В обновленных формах заявлений на возврат или зачет излишне уплаченных сумм налога не нужно будет указывать налоговый (расчетный) период. А в случае возврата или зачета уплаченной госпошлины необходимо будет указывать дату и номер платежного поручения.
