ФНС России на своем официальном сайте объявила о начале рассылки физлицам налоговых уведомлений для уплаты транспортного и земельного налогов, а также налога на имущество физлиц за 2020 год.
Напомним, что по сравнению с предыдущим налоговым периодом в расчете налогов произошел ряд изменений. Так, для расчета транспортного налога с применением повышающих коэффициентов использован перечень легковых автомобилей средней стоимостью от 3 млн руб. за 2020 год (ознакомиться с ним можно на официальном сайте Минпромторга России), в который включено несколько новых марок и моделей автомобилей.

Рассылка налоговых уведомлений и их доставка налогоплательщикам через почтовые отделения пройдет в течение сентября – октября текущего года. Вышеуказанные налоги следует оплатить не позднее 1 декабря 2021 года.
В отношении земельного налога в ряде регионов применены новые результаты государственной кадастровой оценки земель, вступившие в силу с 2020 года. Данные по ним можно посмотреть в выписке и з ЕГРН, запросив ее через МФЦ или на официальном сайте Росреестра.
По налогу на имущество физлиц во всех регионах (кроме г. Севастополя) в качестве налоговой базы применена кадастровая стоимость объектов недвижимости. При этом для исчисления налога использованы понижающие коэффициенты:
0,2 – для 10 регионов, где с 2020 года кадастровая стоимость применяется в качестве налоговой базы первый год (Республика Алтай, Крым, Алтайский и Приморский края, Волгоградская, Иркутская, Курганская, Свердловская, Томская области, Чукотский автономный округ);0,4 – для четырех регионов, где кадастровая стоимость применяется в качестве налоговой базы второй год (Республики Дагестан и Северная Осетия – Алания, Красноярский край, Смоленская область);0,6 – для семи регионов, где кадастровая стоимость применяется в качестве налоговой базы третий год (Пермский край, Калужская, Липецкая, Ростовская, Саратовская, Тюменская, Ульяновская области);0,6 — для объекта налогообложения, образованного начиная с четвертого налогового периода, в котором налоговая база определяется в соответствующем муниципальном образовании (городе федерального значения) исходя из кадастровой стоимости, применительно к первому периоду, за который исчисляется налог в отношении этого объекта. Исключение составляют объекты торгово-офисного назначения, включенные в соответствующий перечень (п. 7 ст. 378.2 Налогового кодекса) и недвижимость, образованная в результате раздела объекта недвижимого имущества (п. 10 ст. 378.2 НК РФ).
Также для 70 регионов, где кадастровая стоимость применяется в качестве налоговой базы третий и последующие годы используется десятипроцентное ограничение роста налога по сравнению с предшествующим налоговым периодом. Аналогично предыдущему пункту исключение составляют объекты торгово-офисного назначения и образованные от раздела объекта недвижимости.
Также в при расчете налогов были применены изменения в налоговых ставках и льготах: в соответствии с законами субъектов РФ для транспортного налога, а также нормативными правовыми актами муниципальных образований для земельного налога и налога на имущество.
