Правительственная комиссия по законопроектной деятельности поддержала законопроект, направленный на усиление контроля за расходованием средств маткапитала при их направлении на улучшение жилищных условий. В частности, им предполагается установить правило об отказе в удовлетворении заявления о распоряжении средствами маткапитала на улучшение жилищных условий при наличии информации о признании жилья, которое планируется приобрести за счет его средств, непригодным для проживания. Речь идет как о жилых помещениях, так и об объектах ИЖС.
Также документом предлагается сделать закрытым перечень организаций, в которые могут направлятьcя средства маткапитала на погашение обязательств по договорам займа на приобретение или строительство жилья, обеспеченным ипотекой. Из указанного перечня планируется исключить указание на иные некредитные организации. Однако в него могут внести АО «ДОМ.РФ» и сельскохозяйственные кредитные потребительские кооперативы.

Напомним, что программа маткапитала действует по 31 декабря 2021 года включительно.
