При этом парламентарии указывают на ряд проблем с применением такой ответственности, связанных в т. ч. с погрешностями в работе приборов для замеров светопроницаемости стекол, а также с влиянием внешних факторов (температуры воздуха, влажности и давления) на результаты измерений.
