По предложению Владимира Путина Правительство РФ утвердило выплаты для студентов медицинских вузов и организаций среднего профессионального образования, которые осуществляют практическую подготовку в условиях распространения новой коронавирусной инфекции (постановление Правительства РФ от 28 ноября 2020 г. № 1965).
Согласно документу в ноябре и декабре предусмотрены выплаты в размере:
10 тыс. руб. в месяц – для студентов медицинских вузов; 7 тыс. руб. в месяц – для студентов средних профессиональных медицинских образовательных организаций.
Уточняется, что выплаты положены студентам, аспирантам, курсантам, ординаторам, адъюнктам, включая иностранных граждан и лиц без гражданства, обучающимся очно в образовательных медицинских организациях, имеющих государственную аккредитацию, а также в иных медицинских, научных организациях, в том числе по договорам о платном обучении, с которыми не оформлены трудовые отношения. Основанием для назначения данных выплат является прохождение студентами практической подготовки, направленной на участие в осуществление мероприятий по профилактике и снижению рисков распространения новой коронавирусной инфекции. За ноябрь студенты получат выплату в декабре, за декабрь – не позднее последнего рабочего дня в этом году.
