Об этом сообщил Председатель Госдумы Вячеслав Володин в ходе прошедшего сегодня заседания рабочей группы по совершенствованию пенсионного законодательства. Он рассказал, что изменения внесут не только в пенсионное законодательство, но еще и в налоговое, а также в Трудовой кодекс, КоАП, Уголовный кодекс и в нормы, касающиеся прохождения диспансеризации. Также планируется ввести новое понятие – «предпенсионный возраст».
Законопроекты, которыми будут вноситься изменения, подготовят и направят в Госдуму в ближайшее время. При этом их принятие постараются синхронизировать с документами о пенсионной реформе. Это необходимо, по словам Вячеслава Володина, для того, чтобы защитить права граждан.

По данным Госдумы, в настоящее время к документу о пенсионной реформе поступило более 100 поправок, и это без учета предложений Президента РФ Владимира Путина, которые он озвучил в ходе недавнего обращения к гражданам. «Наша цель – создать такую пенсионную систему, чтобы она была эффективной, устойчивой и работала на повышение благосостояния наших пенсионеров», – приводятся на официальном сайте Госдумы слова ее председателя.
Напомним, что специальную рабочую группу по пенсионной реформе создали по итогам парламентско-общественных слушаний. Добавим также, что в ходе обсуждений повышения пенсионного возраста еще до принятия соответствующего законопроекта в первом чтении эксперты, в том числе и сторонники нововведения, указывали на то, что реформу необходимо существенно доработать. Тогда участники дискуссий отмечали, что необходимо скорректировать несколько нормативных актов, подготовив пакет законопроектов и подчеркивали необходимость комплексного подхода к изменению пенсионной системы.
