Минтруд России разработал и представил для общественного обсуждения проект1 постановления Правительства РФ, устанавливающего размеры прожиточного минимума по России за I квартал текущего года.
С учетом предложений министерства, прожиточный минимум на душу населения в сравнении с показателем IV квартала прошлого года может увеличиться на 218 руб. и таким образом составит 9909 руб. (вместо 9691 руб. в IV квартале 2016 года). Также его размер увеличится и для различных категорий граждан: для трудоспособного населения – с 10 466 до 10 701 руб., для пенсионеров – с 8000 до 8178 руб. Для детей его стоимость может составить 9756 руб. против 9434 руб.
В пояснительной записке к проекту постановления Минтруд России разъяснил причины такого увеличения. По информации министерства, cтоимость продуктов питания, входящих в потребительскую корзину, в I квартале текущего года выросла на 2,3%. В частности, подорожал картофель и плодоовощная продукция. Так, по данным министерства, картофель стал дороже на 11,4%, свежая белокочанная капуста – на 3,6%, морковь – на 6,7%.

Кроме того, за аналогичный период повысились цены на молоко и молокопродукты: на масло сливочное на 8,6%, сыры сычужные твердые и мягкие–на 4,2%, кисломолочные продукты – на 3,1%, сметану – на 2,7%, молоко питьевое цельное пастеризованное 2,5-3,2% жирности – на 2,4%.
При этом средние цены на хлеб и крупы изменились разнонаправленно. Так, пшено подешевело на 5,8%, а хлеб и булочные изделия из пшеничной муки 1 и 2 сортов, напротив, подорожали на 1,8%.
При этом, отмечается, что цены на мясопродукты и рыбопродукты практически не изменились.
