Выборгский городской суд рассмотрел ходатайство защиты об изменении меры пресечения на не связанную с лишением свободы Артуру Меликсетяну, который, по версии следствия, причастен к деятельности местной так называемой группировки «МС-47» (Молодые Спортсмены 47-го региона).По данным представителей защиты, суд принял решение об изменении ранее избранной меры пресечения (содержание под стражей) на денежный залог.
«В настоящее время суд приступил к рассмотрению дела Артура Меликсетяна по существу. Наш доверитель отпущен из СИЗО под залог в сумме 1 млн руб. Постановление о залоге вынесено, его дальнейшее исполнение уточняется», — пояснил адвокат Рубен Киракосян.
Напомним, выборжец Артур Меликсетян был задержан летом 2015г. Формальным поводом к возбуждению уголовного дела стало заявление предпринимательницы Галины Ткаченко о вымогательстве с нее весной 2013г. денег группой мужчин.
Косвенным основанием для подозрения стало воспоминание потерпевшей о том, что в группе вымогателей был парень, к которому подельники, вроде бы, обращались по имени Артур. На очной ставке потерпевшая дважды сомневалась, находился ли Меликсетян среди вымогателей. Иных веских доказательств причастности обвиняемого к совершению преступления в обвинительном заключении, кроме воспоминания, следствию представить не удалось.
