«Партия Роста» направила в Госдуму поправки в закон о реновации, предусматривающие компенсации для собственников нежилых помещений в домах, попавших в программу.«Предложения по изменения закона о реновации, которые официально направлены в адрес председателя Государственной Думы РФ Вячеслава Володина», — сообщили «Интерфаксу» в пресс-службе.
В партии предлагают, в частности, давать собственникам нежилого недвижимого имущества право выбора из следующих видов компенсации: равнозначное помещение или денежную компенсацию в размере рыночной стоимости изымаемых нежилых помещений.
Также в авторы поправок рекомендуют предусмотреть дополнительную выплату собственникам нежилых помещений в виде компенсации за упущенную выгоду.
Кроме того, предлагается установить налоговые каникулы для лиц, переводящих деятельность своих предприятий в иные нежилые помещения в рамках программы реновации жилищного фонда Москвы.
«Наши предложения направлены на сохранение компаний малого бизнеса, в которых работают тысячи людей, а десятки тысяч пользуются предоставляемыми ими товарами и услугами. В противном случае Москва рискует лишиться нескольких тысяч малых компаний», — отметил федеральный секретарь партии Александр Хуруджи, слова которого приводят в пресс-службе.
По данным партии, в зданиях, находящихся в списках на снос, зарегистрировано более 26 тыс. компаний, а осуществляют свою деятельность 4 415 компаний.
