В целях рационального использования работниками выходных и нерабочих праздничных дней Минтруд России разработал проект постановления Правительства РФ о переносе выходных дней в 2021 году. Документ размещен1 на федеральном портале нормативных правовых актов для общественного обсуждения, которое завершится 22 сентября.
Согласно проекту в следующем году выходные дни 2 и 3 января (суббота и воскресенье), которые совпадают с нерабочими праздничными, предлагается перенести на рабочие дни 5 ноября (пятницу) и 31 декабря (пятницу) соответственно. Кроме того, выходной день с субботы 20 февраля планируется перенести на рабочий день понедельник 22 февраля.
Таким образом, в 2021 году запланированы следующие дни отдыха:
с 1 по 10 января; с 21 по 23 февраля; с 6 по 8 марта; с 1 по 3 мая и с 8 по 10 мая; с 12 по 14 июня; с 4 по 7 ноября; 31 декабря.

Напомним, согласно ст. 112 Трудового кодекса нерабочими праздничными днями в РФ официально являются:
