В скором времени за посещение курортов Крыма, а также Алтайского, Краснодарского и Ставропольского краев с туристов будет взиматься сбор. Соответствующую инициативу местных властей поддержала правительственная комиссия по законопроектной деятельности.Все приезжие в возрасте от 18 лет будут платить не менее 100 рублей в сутки. Сбором займутся «объекты размещения». В их числе: официальные гостиницы и жилые помещения, «предназначенные для оказания гостиничных услуг и услуг по временному коллективному или индивидуальному размещению или обеспечению временного проживания». Кроме того в сборе средств могут быть задействованы ИП и физлица, владеющие зданиями, где услуги по размещению оказываются фактически. Они будут наделены статусом «операторы курортного сбора» и внесены в специальный реестр, после чего их обяжут регулярно отчитываться о полученных и перечисленных в бюджет средствах. Ответственности за неисполнение закона будет установлена специальными региональными законами. Эксперимент по введению курортного сбора продлится с 1 января 2018 года до 31 декабря 2022 года.
