Налоговая служба внесла изменения в форму налогового уведомления (утв. приказом ФНС России от 7 сентября 2016 г. № ММВ-7-11/477@), направляемого гражданам при необходимости уплаты ими транспортного, земельного налогов, налога на имущество физлиц и НДФЛ в случае неудержания его налоговыми агентами (приказ ФНС России от 17 июня 2020 г. № ЕД-7-21/386@).
Теперь в уведомлении не будет указываться точная дата, не позднее которой нужно уплатить налог. Вместо этого пропишут, что налог нужно будет уплатить не позднее срока, установленного законодательством о налогах и сборах. В сноске будут даны нормы налогового законодательства, содержащие указания на сроки уплаты тех или иных налогов. Так, срок уплаты НДФЛ установлен п. 6 ст. 228 Налогового кодекса, транспортного налога – п. 1 ст. 363 НК РФ, земельного налога – п. 1 ст. 397 НК РФ, налога на имущество физических лиц – п. 1 ст. 409 НК РФ.

В этих нормах указывается, что налог подлежит уплате налогоплательщиками — физическими лицами в срок не позднее 1 декабря года, следующего за истекшим налоговым периодом.
