ФНС России на своем официальном сайте размести информацию о продлении срока предоставления заявлений на получение субсидии за апрель и май 2020 года. Ранее продление было установлено только в отношении апрельских субсидий и последний день подачи заявления был 1 июля. Срок направления заявлений за май оставался прежним. Теперь же последний день подачи заявлений за оба месяца истекает 2 июля.
Перенос срока обусловлен тем, что последний день срока направления заявлений приходится на 1 июля, признанный нерабочим днем в связи с голосованием по поправкам к Конституции Российской Федерации. А в соответствии с законодательством установлено, что, если днем общероссийского голосования определен рабочий день, этот день является нерабочим (закон РФ от 14 марта 2020 г. № 1-ФКЗ).
Налоговая служба напоминает, что возможность предоставления зарплатной субсидии определяется по основному коду ОКВЭД по состоянию на 1 марта 2020 года. Для того, чтобы проверить, имеет ли организация или предприниматель право на получение такой субсидии, нужно в специальном сервисе на официальном сайте ФНС России ввести ИНН налогоплательщика.

Подать заявление можно через личный кабинет юрлица или ИП, а также через ТКС или по почте. Предпринимателям для формирования заявления в своем личном кабинете не понадобится квалифицированная электронная подпись. Заявление будет создано автоматически на основе имеющихся сведений. Нужно будет только указать реквизиты банковского счета для получения субсидии.
