Правительство РФ утвердило правила формирования и ведения единого реестра экспертов-аудиторов, которые начнут действовать с 1 марта 2022 года до 1 марта 2028 года (постановление Правительства РФ от 9 ноября 2021 года № 1923). С текстом документа можно ознакомиться на официальном сайте Правительства РФ.
Согласно установленному порядку включение эксперта-аудитора, подтвердившего компетентность в единый реестр будет производится автоматически путем формирования записи из сведений и документов, представленных в национальный орган по аккредитации органом по сертификации, работником которого является эксперт-аудитор, или экспертом-аудитором в рамках процедуры аттестации.
В реестре будут указываться подробные сведения о каждом эксперте и копии подтверждающих документов, в частности, сведения об аттестации, о наличии высшего или дополнительного профессионального образования, о трудовой деятельности, о практическом опыте в сфере сертификации, а также наименование органа по сертификации, сотрудником которого является эксперт-аудитор.
Ответственным за формирование и ведение реестра будет Росаккредитация. Доступ к реестру на бесплатной основе получат органы государственной власти, органы местного самоуправления, организации и физлица.
