Об окончании действия отсрочки по обязательному применению онлайн-касс предпринимателями напомнила налоговая служба. С 1 июля даже те ИП, которые работают без наемных работников по трудовым договорам, или реализующие услуг или продающие товары собственного производства должны применять онлайн-кассу при осуществлении расчетов с покупателями.
Как указывает ФНС России на своем официальном сайте, для перехода на онлайн-кассу (за исключением лиц, осуществляющих деятельность в отдаленных от сетей связей местностях) налогоплательщику необходимо иметь доступ к интернету, заключить договор с оператором фискальных данных и зарегистрировать кассу в налоговом органе.

Переход на контрольно-кассовую технику нового поколения – онлайн-кассы, обеспечивающие автоматическую передачу фискальных данных в информационную систему налоговых органов, начался в 2017 году. Реформа проходила в несколько этапов и зависела от вида деятельности налогоплательщика, системы налогообложения и способа расчета с покупателями.
Применение онлайн-касс позволяет анализировать большие потоки данных и снизить объем кассовой отчетности. Налоговым органам, в свою очередь, нет необходимости проводить кассовые проверки.
Зарегистрировать кассу можно в личном кабинете налогоплательщика на официальном сайте налоговой службы. У заявителя должна иметься электронная подпись. Оформить ее нужно через Удостоверяющий Центр, аккредитованный Минцифры России. Налогоплательщику нужно заключить договор с оператором фискальных данных, который обязательно должен быть внесен в реестр территориального налогового органа. Также кассу можно зарегистрировать непосредственно в территориальном налоговом органе, записавшись на прием, или через оператора фискальных данных.
