Михаил Мишустин подписал постановление об утверждении временного порядка распределения некоторых лекарственных препаратов, возможных к назначению для лечения новой коронавирусной инфекции. Соответствующий перечень препаратов содержится в приложении к постановлению. Утвержденный порядок вступил в силу с 5 июня, период его действия продлится до конца года.
Отечественные производители лекарственных препаратов против коронавирусной инфекции и компании-импортеры, осуществляющие ввоз таких лекарств в РФ, должны еженедельно направлять в Минздрав России и Минпромторг России план распределения поставок с приложением поступивших за указанный период заявок на поставку лекарственных препаратов как от соответствующих субъектов обращения лекарственных средств, так и от органов власти субъектов РФ.

Заявки должны содержать сведения о наименовании лекарственного препарата, форме выпуска, медицинских организациях, в которые планируется поставка закупаемых лекарственных препаратов, об объеме, о сроках такой поставки, количестве пациентов с подтвержденным диагнозом новой коронавирусной инфекции или с подозрением на такой диагноз.
В течение 2 дней после поступления планов и проведения их оценки Минздрав России примет решение о согласовании планов либо их корректировке, основанное на учете данных мониторинга наличия в медорганизациях или аптеках лекарств, включенных в перечень ЖНВЛП, а также на актуальных данных о заболеваемости COVID-19 в субъектах РФ, но без уменьшения общих объемов поставок лекарственных препаратов. О принятом решении Минздрав России должен уведомить производителей лекарственных препаратов и импортеров с приложением согласованного плана распределения в форме электронного документа, подписанного усиленной квалифицированной электронной подписью.
