При этом, как рассказал премьер-министр, в работе над бюджетом на 2019 год и на плановый период 2020 и 2021 годов нужно будет учесть будущие изменения в пенсионной системе. В частности, разработают специальную программу по переподготовке для граждан предпенсионного возраста, и для них же с начала следующего года планируется увеличить максимальный размер пособия по безработице. Об пособия, напомним, говорил Президент РФ в ходе обращения к гражданам. Он предложил увеличить этот показатель более чем в два раза – с 4900 руб., как сегодня, до 11 280 руб. с 1 января 2019 года. Также планируется предусмотреть в законодательстве право работников той же категории получить для прохождения диспансеризации два дня, причем оплатит их работодатель.
Финансировать будут и другие значимые социальные вопросы. Так, по словам Дмитрия Медведева, в бюджете предусмотрены средства на выплату материнского капитала, а регионы получат субсидии на выплату семьям, где рождается третий или последующий ребенок. При этом в следующем году расширится перечень регионов, в которых выплаты на детей софинансируются за счет бюджета.
