В соответствии со вступившими в силу 1 января поправками в Трудовой кодекс РФ работодатели обязаны направлять в ПФР сведения о трудовой деятельности работников в электронном виде (ст. 66.1 ТК РФ).
В размещенном вчера на официальном сайте ПФР сообщении отмечается, что такая информация должна будет представляться ежемесячно – до 15 числа следующего за отчетным месяца. Таким образом, первую отчетность по новым правилам нужно будет подать до 15 февраля текущего года. Помимо сведений о сотрудниках, которые были приняты на работу, переведены на другую работу или уволены в январе 2020 года, в ней необходимо будет указать последнее кадровое мероприятие, проведенное подающим отчет работодателем в отношении конкретного сотрудника, по состоянию на 1 января этого года, сообщил фонд.
Кроме того, отчетность должна будет направляться в ПФР в случае смены наименования организации-работодателя, а также при подаче работником заявления о выборе формы ведения трудовой книжки. Такой выбор, напомним, работникам предстоит сделать до конца года (ч. 2 ст. 2 Федерального закона от 16 декабря 2019 г. № 439-ФЗ), и работодатели обязаны их об этом проинформировать до 30 июня (включительно).
ПФР подчеркнул, что направление сведений о трудовой деятельности в электронном виде будет осуществляться в рамках действующего формата взаимодействия работодателей с территориальными органами фонда, и пообещал в ближайшее время утвердить соответствующую форму СЗВ-ТД.
